Domestic Shipping (USA)

Donedhardykids.com offers FREE shipping on all U.S. orders via (FEDEX, USPS, UPS) ground. Items are usually shipped in 48 hours or less and have a transit time of approximately 2 days to 7 business days. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Please note that while FEDEX, UPS, USPS Ground service do not guarantee any delivery date. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Overnight Shipping at an additional charge. Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

Donedhardykids.com offers international shipping by FEDEX or DHL or UPS Express to a number of international countries. We charged a $19.00 shipping charge for the first and $3.00 each additional one. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In transit tracking is provided for your package. Donedhardykids.com is not responsible for any customs dutie or any additional charges request it by your residential country.

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Return to Sender Policy

Donedhardykids.com ships all orders via FEDEX or DHL or UPS. If your package is not delivered successfully on the first attempt, the shipping company we use will make two more attempts to deliver your package, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. After a third failed attempt, the shipping company will hold onto the package for 5 days then return the package(s) to the original sender.

If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make three attempts to contact you via email. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and billed at the fee indicated by your original order, if any. If it is still within the 10 day return period, you may elect to have your purchase(s) refunded.

In the event that we do not receive a response from you after our third contact attempt, it is our policy to restock the ill returned goods as we can not store unclaimed packages indefinitely. Please note that unclaimed packages will not be refunded once restocked.
